We currently provide discounted shipping rates to orders from the USA, and  Canada. Shipping rates for all other countries will be calculated upon checkout.

Discounted Shipping to the United States 

For shipping to the United States, we offer entirely FREE shipping on orders over $50 USD. For all other order sizes please see the details below. All figures below are in USD. We offer standard shipping on all products. You can expect to receive your order within 7 business days.

Orders between $1 to $24.99 - $6 USD in Shipping

Orders between $25 to $49.99 - $4 USD in Shipping

Orders above $50 - Free Shipping

Shipping to Canada

For shipping to Canada, we offer entirely FREE shipping on orders over $65 CAD. For all other order sizes please see the details below. All figures below are in CAD. We offer standard shipping on all products. You can expect to receive your order within 7 business days.

Orders between $1 to $34.99 - $7 CAD in Shipping

Orders between $35 to $64.99 - $5 CAD in Shipping

Orders above $65 CAD - Free Shipping

 

Return Policy

DogPack accepts returns of any items within 15 days of placing your order should they be received in damaged condition. Please note that every item is inspected for quality before shipping and should arrive in perfect condition. If received otherwise, please take pictures of the packaging and email us so we can investigate the matter with the shipping company.

We will handle all events on a case-by-case basis, and if DogPack decides that the product needs to be replaced, we will refund you with store credit.
