Return Policy

DogPack accepts returns of any items within 15 days of placing your order should they be received in damaged condition. Please note that every item is inspected for quality before shipping and should arrive in perfect condition. If received otherwise, please take pictures of the packaging and email us so we can investigate the matter with the shipping company.

We will handle all events on a case-by-case basis, and if DogPack decides that the product needs to be replaced, we will refund you with store credit.
